We are a firm of attorneys, established in 1998, and specializing in legal debt recoveries and conveyancing.

With 27 years of experience in various legal fields we strive to render legal services to our clients, and in the case of recoveries to the clients of our client, in an ethical and legally sound manner.

The partners as well as our well-motivated, relaxed, loyal and outcome driven staff are committed to render personal attention and make it their purpose to always endeavour to act in a professional and efficient manner.

We are proud to be attorneys and member of the Legal Practice Council. Our aim is to set standards in practice albeit in our own office or in our dealing with clients, colleagues, courts, government departments, and other involved parties.

The public often feel unsure or threatened by the legal process, especially in the field of what traditionally is referred to as debt collection. We prefer to label it as assisting a debtor to reach financial stability and economic rehabilitation, while at the same time, service our client's need to secure and collect outstanding debt.

How do we do this you may ask?

By payment arrangement:

Within our respective mandates we strive to address your financial challenges and assist in securing an affordable and acceptable re-payment arrangement with your creditor. The aim is to settle your outstanding debt as soon as possible and in so doing giving you the opportunity to become financially active again and partaking in the economy at a normal level.

By legal process:

Sometimes when payment is not an option or when non-cooperation is evident, the only alternative that remains is to follow the avenue of civil litigation.

CORNÉ SMITH

After graduating from the University of Pretoria and completing her articles she was admitted as an attorney during March 1997, and has been in practice ever since. She is a specialist in corporate debt collection having specialized in the field for 27 years with unsurpassed skill and professionalism.

WILLEM SMITH

Also an alumni from the University of Pretoria, he was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer during 1996. Specialized practice areas include conveyancing, corporate debt collection and administration of deceased estates.
